Atlantic and Alchemy shortlisted for three awards at Jackson Hole wildlife festival!

David Attenborough’s Great Barrier Reef multi-platform projects shortlisted for three awards

Atlantic and it’s VR studio Alchemy VR have been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Jackson Hole Wildlife film festival.  Jackson Hole is one of the world’s leading wildlife film festivals which is held every two years. At the last festival in 2015 Atlantic took home three awards for our 3D production Natural History Museum Alive for Best Presenter Led, Best Original Music and Best Interactive for the associated app of the same name.

This year David Attenborough’s Great Barrier Reef that was broadcast on BBC One has been shortlisted in the Best Presenter Led category and the associated interactive website David Attenborough’s Great Barrier Reef: An Interactive Journey is up for Best Interactive. David Attenborough’s Great Barrier Reef VR, which won the first ever BAFTA awarded to a VR film earlier this year, has been shortlisted in the 360 Storytelling category –  which is a brand new category for the festival.
